Data Stored on Your Device
Inspection photos you capture or import are saved within the app's local storage on your device.
If your device has location services enabled, GPS coordinates may be extracted from photo metadata (EXIF data) and stored locally for use with the GPS mapping feature. Location data is never transmitted from your device.
Structure names, element selections, defect descriptions, and plan markings are stored locally on your device.
App settings such as dark mode preference are stored locally using standard iOS storage.

Data Export
When you export inspection reports (PDF, Word, HTML, or ZIP), these files are created locally on your device. You choose where to share them using the standard iOS share sheet. The developer has no access to your exported files.
Data Deletion
All data can be deleted at any time by removing individual inspections within the app or by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes all associated data permanently.
Camera and Photo Library Access
BridgeLog requests access to your camera to capture inspection photos and access to your photo library to import existing photos. These permissions are requested only when needed and can be changed at any time in your device settings.
Location Services
BridgeLog may request access to location services to tag photos with GPS coordinates. This permission is optional and can be changed at any time in your device settings. Location data is stored locally and is never transmitted.
